Secret Enraged Forest: Smothering Bind
Entwine target with branches of tree.

Holocaust
Sends a swam of rare breed insects to zap its target. Reduces the targets CP and inflict Restriction status. If the targets CP turns to 0 after the attack, the target cant recover CP for several turns.
