  Target gains negative status Restriction and reduces targets dodge rate by 30% and increases the users dodge rate during targets attack by 30% for 3 turns.

  Compressed water ball mixed with chakra.
• S61 Kinjutsu: Advanced Omni Shuriken Explosion
